Philosophy
I believe that :
- mentors and coaches lead by example;
- real relationships are necessary to develop true results;
- mentors and coaches understand before being understood;
- each individual has the potential to be something extraordinary;
- mentors and coaches provide their expertise to less experienced individuals in order to help them advance their careers, enhance their education, and build their networks.

Coached youth
In my community of Vaudreuil-Dorion (Quebec, Canada), my wife and I mentor a group of 30+ kids, aged from 14 to 25 years old. Every week, we help them determine what values they want to live by. We promote love, excellence, integrity and good works.
