I've made many mistakes. And I've seen others make mistakes too. Enough to know which ones I don't want to repeat.

At the core of it all, I've learnt that only real currency we have is Trust. Trust in the company, in the clients, in the team, in the products, in suppliers, in laws, etc. Everything we do is based on the premise of us trusting something in others.

In that respect, I decided to put together the tools I've gleaned from close to 20 years of creating technology products and leading exceptional people. These tools helped me build a Management Framework to continually learn, and, most importantly, create and sustain Trust.
