I've made many mistakes. And I've seen others make mistakes too. Enough to know which ones I don't want to repeat.
At the core of it all, I've learnt that only real currency we have is Trust. Trust in the company, in the clients, in the team, in the products, in suppliers, in laws, etc. Everything we do is based on the premise of us trusting something in others. In that respect, I decided to put together the tools I've gleaned from close to 20 years of creating technology products and leading exceptional people. These tools helped me build a Management Framework to continually learn, and, most importantly, create and sustain Trust. It's built by aligning 4 critical elements: - The Right Plan - The Right People - The Right Products - The Right Processes |
The Right Plan
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”
- Abraham Lincoln |
The Right People"A company's employees are its greatest asset and your people are your product. The way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your customers"
- Richard Branson |
The Right Products"If you want to create a great product, just focus on one person. Make that one person have the most amazing experience ever."
- Brian Chesky |
The Right Processes"Excellence is a continuous process and not an accident."
- A. P. J. Abdul Kalam |
