Local youth
I believe that :
- mentors and coaches lead by example;
- real relationships are necessary to develop true results;
- mentors and coaches understand before being understood;
- each individual has the potential to be something extraordinary;
- mentors and coaches provide their expertise to less experienced individuals in order to help them advance their careers, enhance their education, and build their networks.
In my community of Vaudreuil-Dorion (Quebec, Canada), my wife and I mentored a group of 30+ kids, aged from 14 to 25 years old. Every week, we help them determine what values they want to live by. We promote love, excellence, integrity and good works.
